Nick Barr resides in the Jefferson County side of Westminster and has lived in Colorado since 1977.  He is a retired Senior Mechanical Engineer who worked for Ball Aerospace for 34 years.  He has also been president of the West Creek Meadow HOA for the past 15 years.
